General technical and organizational measures of the company IT SCHNITTSTELLE in accordance with Section 9 BDSG
Data protection
We are very pleased about your interest in our company. Data protection has a particularly high priority for the management of IT INTERFACE. It is generally possible to use the IT INTERFACE website without providing any personal data. However, if a data subject wishes to use our company’s special services via our website, processing of personal data may become necessary. If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no legal basis for such processing, we generally obtain the consent of the data subject.
The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, email address or telephone number of a data subject, is always carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to the IT INTERFACE. By means of this data protection declaration, our company would like to inform the public about the type, scope and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed about the rights to which they are entitled using this data protection declaration.
As the controller, IT INTERFACE has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection possible for the personal data processed via this website. However, Internet-based data transmissions can generally have security gaps, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transmit personal data to us by alternative means, for example by telephone.

4. Cookies
The IT INTERFACE website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored and stored on a computer system via an Internet browser.
Numerous websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a character string through which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited websites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific Internet browser can be recognized and identified via the unique cookie ID.
By using cookies, the IT INTERFACE can provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.
Using a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimized for the user. As already mentioned, cookies enable us to recognize the users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. For example, the user of a website that uses cookies does not have to re-enter their access data each time they visit the website because this is done by the website and the cookie stored on the user’s computer system. Another example is the cookie of a shopping cart in the online shop. The online shop remembers the items that a customer has placed in the virtual shopping cart via a cookie.
The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies through our website at any time by means of an appropriate setting in the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.
5. Collection of general data and information
The IT INTERFACE website collects a series of general data and information each time the website is accessed by a data subject or an automated system. This general data and information is stored in the server’s log files. What can be recorded are the (1) browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system accesses our website (so-called referrers), (4) the sub-websites which are accessible via an accessing system on our website is controlled, (5) the date and time of access to the website, (6) an Internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system and (8) other similar data and information that serves to protect against threats in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.
When using this general data and information, IT INTERFACE does not draw any conclusions about the data subject. Rather, this information is needed to (1) deliver the content of our website correctly, (2) optimize the content of our website and the advertising for it, (3) ensure the long-term functionality of our information technology systems and the technology of our website and ( 4) to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in the event of a cyber attack. These anonymously collected data and information are evaluated by the IT INTERFACE both statistically and with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in our company in order to ultimately ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data in the server log files is stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.
6. Subscription to our newsletter
On the IT INTERFACE website, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our company’s newsletter. Which personal data is transmitted to the person responsible for processing when ordering the newsletter is determined by the input mask used for this purpose.
IT INTERFACE informs its customers and business partners regularly about company offers by means of a newsletter. In principle, our company’s newsletter can only be received by the data subject if (1) the data subject has a valid email address and (2) the data subject registers to receive the newsletter. For legal reasons, a confirmation email will be sent using the double opt-in procedure to the email address entered by a data subject for the first time to receive the newsletter. This confirmation email is used to check whether the owner of the email address as the data subject has authorized receipt of the newsletter.
When registering for the newsletter, we also store the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) of the computer system used by the data subject at the time of registration as well as the date and time of registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to be able to understand the (possible) misuse of the email address of a data subject at a later point in time and therefore serves to provide legal protection for the person responsible for processing.
The personal data collected when registering for the newsletter is used exclusively to send our newsletter. Furthermore, subscribers to the newsletter could be informed by email if this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or a related registration, as could be the case in the event of changes to the newsletter offer or a change in technical circumstances. The personal data collected as part of the newsletter service will not be passed on to third parties. The data subject can cancel the subscription to our newsletter at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data that the data subject has given us for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revoking your consent, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter. It is also possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time directly on the website of the controller or to communicate this to the controller in another way.
7. Newsletter tracking
The IT INTERFACE newsletters contain so-called tracking pixels. A web beacon is a miniature graphic that is embedded in emails sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and log file analysis. This allows a statistical analysis of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns to be carried out. Using the embedded tracking pixel, the IT INTERFACE can determine whether and when an email was opened by a data subject and which links in the email were accessed by the data subject.
Such personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and evaluated by the person responsible for processing in order to optimize the newsletter dispatch and to adapt the content of future newsletters even better to the interests of the data subject. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Affected persons are entitled at any time to revoke the relevant separate declaration of consent issued via the double opt-in procedure. After revocation, these personal data will be deleted by the person responsible for processing. If you unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter, IT INTERFACE automatically interprets it as a revocation.
8. Contact option via the website
Due to legal regulations, the IT INTERFACE website contains information that enables quick electronic contact with our company and direct communication with us, which also includes a general address for so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If a data subject contacts the person responsible for processing by email or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject will be automatically stored. Such personal data transmitted on a voluntary basis by a data subject to the data controller will be stored for the purposes of processing or contacting the data subject. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
9. Comment function in the blog on the website
The IT INTERFACE offers users the opportunity to leave individual comments on individual blog posts on a blog that is located on the website of the controller. A blog is a portal maintained on a website, usually publicly accessible, in which one or more people, called bloggers or web bloggers, can post articles or write down thoughts in so-called blog posts. The blog posts can usually be commented on by third parties.
If a data subject leaves a comment on the blog published on this website, in addition to the comments left by the data subject, information on the time the comment was entered and on the user name (pseudonym) chosen by the data subject will be stored and published. Furthermore, the IP address assigned to the data subject by the Internet service provider (ISP) is also logged. The IP address is stored for security reasons and in the event that the person concerned violates the rights of third parties or posts illegal content through a comment made. The storage of this personal data is therefore in the own interest of the person responsible for processing, so that he could be exculpated in the event of a legal violation. This collected personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless such transfer is required by law or serves the legal defense of the person responsible for processing.
10. Routine deletion and blocking of personal data
The person responsible for processing processes and stores personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage or if this is required by the European legislator or another legislator in laws or regulations which the person responsible for processing is subject to.
If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another responsible legislator expires, the personal data will be blocked or deleted routinely and in accordance with legal regulations.

This is particularly the case if an applicant submits relevant application documents to the person responsible for processing electronically, for example by email or via a web form on the website. If the person responsible for processing concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the data transmitted will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with legal regulations. If the person responsible for processing does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after the rejection decision is announced, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of the person responsible for processing. Other legitimate interests in this sense include, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
13. Data protection regulations on the application and use of AddThis
The person responsible for processing has integrated components of the company AddThis on this website. AddThis is a so-called bookmarking provider. The service enables simplified bookmarking of websites using buttons. By hovering over the AddThis component with the mouse or clicking on it, a list of bookmarking and sharing services is displayed. AddThis is used on over 15 million websites and, according to the operating company, the buttons are displayed over 20 billion times a year.
The operating company of AddThis is AddThis, Inc. 1595 Spring Hill Road, Suite 300, Vienna, VA 22182, USA.
Each time you access one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which an AddThis component has been integrated, the Internet browser on the data subject’s information technology system is automatically prompted by the respective AddThis component to retrieve data from the Download website www.addthis.com. As part of this technical procedure, AddThis obtains knowledge of the visit and which specific individual page of this website is used by the information technology system used by the data subject. AddThis also receives knowledge of the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) of the computer system used by the data subject, the browser type, the browser language, the website accessed before our website, the date and time of the visit to our website. AddThis uses this data to create anonymized user profiles. The data and information transferred to AddThis in this way enable the AddThis company itself as well as the companies affiliated with AddThis or its partner companies to specifically address visitors to the controller’s website with personalized and interest-based advertising.
AddThis displays personalized and interest-based advertising based on a cookie set by the company. This cookie analyzes the individual surfing behavior of the computer system used by the data subject. The cookie stores the visits to Internet pages made by the computer system.
The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies through our website, as already described above, at any time by means of a corresponding setting on the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent AddThis from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, cookies already set by AddThis can be deleted at any time via an internet browser or other software programs.
The data subject also has the opportunity to permanently object to the processing of personal data by AddThis. To do this, the data subject must press the opt-out button under the link www.addthis.com/privacy/opt-out , which sets an opt-out cookie. The opt-out cookie set with the objection is stored on the information technology system used by the data subject. If the cookies on the data subject’s system are deleted after an objection, the data subject must access the link again and set a new opt-out cookie.
However, by setting the opt-out cookie, it is possible that the website of the controller is no longer fully usable for the data subject.
AddThis’s applicable privacy policy can be found at www.addthis.com/privacy/privacy-policy .
14. Data protection regulations on the application and use of Google Analytics (with anonymization function)
The person responsible for processing has integrated the Google Analytics component (with anonymization function) on this website. Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is the collection, collection and evaluation of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. A web analysis service collects, among other things, data about the website from which a data subject came to a website (so-called referrer), which sub-pages of the website were accessed or how often and for what duration a sub-page was viewed. Web analysis is primarily used to optimize a website and to analyze the cost-benefit of internet advertising.
The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The person responsible for processing uses the addition “_gat._anonymizeIp” for web analysis via Google Analytics. Using this addition, the IP address of the data subject’s internet connection is shortened and anonymized by Google if our website is accessed from a member state of the European Union or from another state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze the flow of visitors to our website. Google uses the data and information obtained, among other things, to evaluate the use of our website, to compile online reports for us that show the activities on our website, and to provide other services related to the use of our website.
Google Analytics sets a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Google is able to analyze the use of our website. Each time you access one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and into which a Google Analytics component has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically triggered by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for online analysis purposes. As part of this technical process, Google gains knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address of the data subject, which Google uses, among other things, to track the origin of visitors and clicks and subsequently enable commission billing.
The cookie is used to store personal information, such as the access time, the location from which access was made and the frequency of visits to our website by the data subject. Each time you visit our website, this personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass on the personal data collected via the technical process to third parties.
The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies through our website, as already described above, at any time by means of a corresponding setting on the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.
The data subject also has the possibility of objecting to a collection of data generated by Google Analytics relating to the use of this website as well as the processing of this data by Google and the chance to prevent such. To do this, the data subject must download and install a browser add-on under the link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout . This browser add-on tells Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data or information about website visits may be transmitted to Google Analytics. Installing the browser add-on is viewed by Google as a contradiction. If the information technology system of the data subject is deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later date, the data subject must reinstall the browser add-on in order to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the data subject or another person within their sphere of control, it is possible to reinstall or reactivate the browser add-on.
Further information and Google’s applicable data protection regulations can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html . Google Analytics is explained in more detail at this link https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/ .
15. Data protection regulations on the application and use of Google Remarketing
The person responsible for processing has integrated Google Remarketing services on this website. Google Remarketing is a function of Google AdWords that enables a company to display advertising to Internet users who have previously visited the company’s website. The integration of Google Remarketing allows a company to create user-related advertising and therefore display interest-relevant advertisements to the Internet user.
The operating company for the Google Remarketing services is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The purpose of Google Remarketing is to display interest-relevant advertising. Google Remarketing enables us to display advertisements via the Google advertising network or on other websites that are tailored to the individual needs and interests of Internet users.
Google Remarketing sets a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Google is able to recognize visitors to our website when they subsequently visit websites that are also members of the Google advertising network. Every time you access a website on which the Google Remarketing service has been integrated, the data subject’s Internet browser automatically identifies itself to Google. As part of this technical process, Google gains knowledge of personal data, such as the user’s IP address or surfing behavior, which Google uses, among other things, to display interest-relevant advertising.
The cookie is used to store personal information, such as the websites visited by the data subject. Each time you visit our website, personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America.
The data subject also has the option of objecting to interest-based advertising by Google. To do this, the data subject must access the link www.google.de/settings/ads from each of the Internet browsers they use and make the desired settings there.
Further information and Google’s applicable data protection regulations can be found at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ .
16. Data protection regulations on the application and use of Google+
The person responsible for processing has integrated the Google+ button as a component on this website. Google+ is a so-called social network. A social network is a social meeting place operated on the Internet, an online community that usually allows users to communicate with each other and interact in virtual space. A social network can serve as a platform for exchanging opinions and experiences or allows the Internet community to provide personal or company-related information. Google+ allows users of the social network to, among other things, create private profiles, upload photos and network via friend requests.
The operating company of Google+ is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the controller and on which a Google+ button has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted to display the corresponding Google+ button via the respective Google+ button Download button from Google. As part of this technical process, Google gains knowledge of which specific subpage of our website is visited by the data subject. More detailed information about Google+ is available at https://developers.google.com/+/ .
If the data subject is logged in to Google+ at the same time, Google recognizes which specific subpage of our website the data subject visits each time the data subject visits our website and for the entire duration of their stay on our website. This information is collected through the Google+ button and assigned by Google to the respective Google+ account of the data subject.
If the data subject clicks on one of the Google+ buttons integrated on our website and thereby makes a Google+1 recommendation, Google assigns this information to the data subject’s personal Google+ user account and stores this personal data. Google stores the Google+1 recommendation of the data subject and makes it publicly available in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted by the data subject in this regard. A Google+1 recommendation given by the data subject on this website will subsequently be stored on other Google services together with other personal data, such as the name of the Google+1 account used by the data subject and the photo stored therein. For example, the search engine results of the Google search engine, the Google account of the data subject or elsewhere, for example on websites or in connection with advertisements, are stored and processed. 17. Data protection regulations on the application and use of Google AdWords
The person responsible for processing has integrated Google AdWords on this website. Google AdWords is an Internet advertising service that allows advertisers to place ads in both Google’s search engine results and the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows an advertiser to define specific keywords in advance, using which an ad will only be displayed in Google’s search engine results if the user uses the search engine to retrieve a keyword-relevant search result. In the Google advertising network, the advertisements are distributed on relevant websites using an automatic algorithm and taking into account the previously defined keywords.
The operating company of the Google AdWords services is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The purpose of Google AdWords is to promote our website by displaying interest-relevant advertising on the websites of third-party companies and in the search engine results of the Google search engine and to display third-party advertising on our website.
If a data subject reaches our website via a Google ad, Google will store a so-called conversion cookie on the data subject’s information technology system. What cookies are has already been explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after thirty days and is not used to identify the person concerned. If the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion cookie is used to track whether certain sub-pages, such as the shopping cart from an online shop system, were accessed on our website. The conversion cookie allows both us and Google to understand whether a data subject who reached our website via an AdWords ad generated sales, i.e. completed or canceled a purchase of goods.
The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie are used by Google to create visit statistics for our website. We in turn use these visit statistics to determine the total number of users who were referred to us via AdWords ads, i.e. to determine the success or failure of the respective AdWords ad and to optimize our AdWords ads for the future . Neither our company nor other Google AdWords advertising customers receive information from Google that could be used to identify the data subject.
The conversion cookie is used to store personal information, such as the websites visited by the data subject. Each time you visit our website, personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America.
Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, a cookie already set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.
The data subject also has the option of objecting to interest-based advertising by Google. To do this, the data subject must access the link www.google.de/settings/ads from each of the Internet browsers they use and make the desired settings there.
Further information and Google’s applicable data protection regulations can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ .
18. Data protection regulations on the application and use of Jetpack for WordPress
The person responsible for processing has integrated Jetpack on this website. Jetpack is a WordPress plug-in that offers the operator of a website based on WordPress additional functions. Jetpack allows the website operator, among other things, an overview of the site’s visitors. By displaying related posts and publications or the ability to share content on the site, it is also possible to increase visitor numbers. Security features are also integrated into Jetpack, so that a website using Jetpack is better protected against brute force attacks. Jetpack also optimizes and accelerates the loading of the images integrated on the website.
The operating company of the Jetpack plugin for WordPress is Automattic Inc., 132 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The operating company uses the tracking technology of Quantcast Inc., 201 Third Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.
Jetpack sets a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. What cookies are has already been explained above. Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the controller and on which a Jetpack component has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted by the respective Jetpack component to retrieve data for analysis purposes to be sent to Automattic. As part of this technical process, Automattic receives knowledge of data that is subsequently used to create an overview of website visits. The data obtained in this way is used to analyze the behavior of the data subject who accessed the website of the controller and is evaluated with the aim of optimizing the website. The data collected via the Jetpack component will not be used to identify the data subject without first obtaining a separate, express consent from the data subject. The data also comes to Quantcast’s attention. Quantcast uses the data for the same purposes as Automattic.
The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies through our website, as already described above, at any time by means of a corresponding setting on the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Automattic/Quantcast from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, cookies already set by Automattic can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.
The data subject also has the option of objecting to and preventing the collection of data generated by the Jetpack cookie relating to the use of this website as well as the processing of this data by Automattic/Quantcast. To do this, the data subject must press the opt-out button under the link https://www.quantcast.com/opt-out/ , which sets an opt-out cookie.
Automattic’s applicable privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/ . Quantcast’s applicable privacy policy is available at https://www.quantcast.com/privacy/ .

Further information about the Twitter buttons is available at https://about.twitter.com/de/resources/buttons . As part of this technical process, Twitter becomes aware of which specific subpage of our website is visited by the data subject. The purpose of integrating the Twitter component is to enable our users to redistribute the content of this website, to make this website known in the digital world and to increase our visitor numbers.
If the data subject is logged in to Twitter at the same time, Twitter recognizes which specific subpage of our website the data subject is visiting each time the data subject visits our website and for the entire duration of their stay on our website. This information is collected by the Twitter component and assigned by Twitter to the respective Twitter account of the data subject. If the data subject clicks on one of the Twitter buttons integrated on our website, the data and information transmitted will be assigned to the data subject’s personal Twitter user account and stored and processed by Twitter.
Twitter always receives information via the Twitter component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged in to Twitter at the same time as accessing our website; This occurs regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the Twitter component or not. If the data subject does not want this information to be transmitted to Twitter in this way, they can prevent the transmission by logging out of their Twitter account before accessing our website.

22. Legal basis for processing
Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR serves our company as the legal basis for processing operations in which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations that are necessary for the delivery of goods or the provision of any other service or consideration, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR. The same applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, such as to fulfill tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured in our company and his name, age, health insurance details or other vital information would then have to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6 I lit. d GDPR. Ultimately, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. Processing operations that are not covered by any of the above-mentioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail. We are permitted to carry out such processing operations in particular because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. In this respect, he was of the opinion that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a customer of the controller (Recital 47 Sentence 2 GDPR).
23. Legitimate interests in processing pursued by the controller or a third party
If the processing of personal data is based on Article 6 I lit. f GDPR, our legitimate interest is to carry out our business activities for the benefit of the well-being of all our employees and our shareholders.
24. Duration for which the personal data will be stored
The criterion for the duration of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After the deadline has expired, the relevant data will be routinely deleted unless it is no longer required to fulfill the contract or initiate a contract.
25. Legal or contractual requirements for the provision of personal data; Necessity for the conclusion of the contract; Obligation of the data subject to provide the personal data; possible consequences of non-provision
We would like to clarify that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or can also result from contractual provisions (e.g. information on the contractual partner). In order to conclude a contract, it may sometimes be necessary for a data subject to provide us with personal data, which must subsequently be processed by us. For example, the data subject is obliged to provide us with personal data if our company enters into a contract with them. Failure to provide the personal data would mean that the contract with the person concerned could not be concluded. Before the data subject provides personal data, the data subject must contact our data protection officer. Our data protection officer explains to the person concerned on a case-by-case basis whether the provision of the personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data, and what consequences the non-provision of the personal data would have.
26. Existence of automated decision making
As a responsible company, we do not use automatic decision-making or profiling.
